Question#1
Can u please guide me about this " how it is to say YA RASOOL ALLAH (S.A.W). Jazak Allah khair
Answer
Praise Be to Allah.
Wa Alaikum Salam brother.
Please read the full answer and obtain knowledge and save yourself from Shirk because Allah (SWT) has promised to not to forgive the one who dies while committing and persisting in Shirk will never be forgiven by Allah (SWT) and such a person will burn in the Hell Fire forever.
Islam is strictly based upon Monotheism i.e. Belief in one God. Allah (SWT) is our God and we are bound to make dua only to Him.
It is haram, infact it is Shirk to call upon any else other than Allah (SWT). Saying Ya Rasool Allah and Ya Muhammad means calling upon Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and making dua to him. Dua is an act of worship and worship ONLY belongs to Allah (SWT) Alone. So how any anyone make dua to Muhammad (Peace be upon him) in anyway?
Asking through Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) to Allah (SWT) is Haram too. There's no authentic hadith and no verse from the Quran from where one can derive any proof for such claims that making dua to Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) or asking to Allah (SWT) through him is allowed.
Allah (SWT) says in the Qur'an:-
“And the mosques are for Allaah (Alone), so invoke not anyone along with Allaah”
[al-Jinn 72:13]
Even though Allah (SWT) clearly forbade calling upon (invoking) anyone else other than Allah (SWT) in the mosque, still we see people calling upon Muhammad (Peace be upon him) in the mosque. Based on this verse, such people are going against the word of Allah (SWT) which is a great sin!
“And who is more astray than one who calls on (invokes) besides Allaah, such as will not answer him till the Day of Resurrection, and who are (even) unaware of their calls (invocations) to them?”
[al-Ahqaaf 46:5]
The people who call upon anyone else other than Allah (SWT) are on the wrong path. They commit Shirk.
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him): “If you ask, then ask of Allaah, and if you seek help then seek help from Allaah.”
Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (2516) and classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh Sunan al-Tirmidhi.
This hadith is classed as Saheeh (authentic) by the scholars of Hadith. Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) himself said in this Hadith to only call upon Allah (SWT) and ask help only through Allah (SWT).
If it was allowed to call upon Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), he himself would've had mentioned that in the above Hadith.
“And your Lord said: ‘Invoke Me [i.e. believe in My Oneness (Islamic Monotheism) and ask Me for anything] I will respond to your (invocation). Verily, those who scorn My worship [i.e. do not invoke Me, and do not believe in My Oneness, (Islamic Monotheism)] they will surely enter Hell in humiliation!’”
[Ghaafir 40:60]
Read the next verse...
f you invoke (or call upon) them, they hear not your call; and if (in case) they were to hear, they could not grant it (your request) to you. And on the Day of Resurrection, they will disown your worshipping them. And none can inform you (O Muhammad) like Him Who is the All‑Knower (of everything)”
[Faatir 35:13-14]
Allaah tells us the situation of those who are called upon instead of Him, of the angels, Prophets, idols, etc. in a manner that indicates their helplessness and weakness, and that they lack the abilities that are to be expected in the one who is called upon, such as sovereignty, the ability to hear the call and the ability to respond.

Brother, usually the people who commit this act of Shirk which is calling upon the Prophets, angels, Jinns etc. bring the verse from the Qur'an which says that Allah (SWT) has said in the Qur'an that He has granted permission to whom He has wished for intercession (tawassul i.e. shafaa).
'...Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission...'
[Al Baqarah 2:255]
If anyone puts forward this hadith as a proof, you may just ask him where Allah (SWT) says that Allah (SWT) has allowed intercession through Muhammad (Peace be upon him) or the angels or awliyaas or jinns etc. The answer is, no verse in the Qur'an says that Allah (SWT) has allowed intercession the Prophets, angels, awliyaas, jinns etc.
Another verse which one may put forward as a proof is:-
“O you who believe! Do your duty to Allaah and fear Him. Seek the means of approach to Him…”
[al-Maa’idah 5:35]
They say 'Seek the means of approach to Him...' means to ask through Prophets, awliyaas, Jinns etc. but that is the wrong interpretation of the verse.
Seeking to approach Allaah by asking His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) to make du’a’ for one during his lifetime, and the believers asking one another to make du’aa’ for one another. This follows on from the first type and is encouraged.

Question#2
Brother can u please guide me about Sajda sehv during namaz. If some one do mistake while he reading Sunnats can he do Sajda sehv or he have read sunnat again from start.
Answer
Sajdah Sahw means prostration of forgetfulness.
It is performed as a gesture of apology to Allah (SWT). Sajdah Sahw is offered when one makes a mistake while offering Salah. This mistake can either be an omission of a procedure of salaah or an additional performance of a procedure by mistake or forgetfulness. At such times, the prostration of Sajda Sahw has to be performed.
Sajdah Sahw has to be performed whenever a mistake is committed either in Fardh Salah, Wajib Salah or a Sunnah Salah.
If any person misses any act of Salah which is non-obligatory (not farz/fardh), in that case he/she has to perform Sajdah Sahw at the end of Salah. In this case a person doesn’t has to repeat his/her full prayer.
If any person misses any act of Salah which is obligatory (farz/fardh), such as missing one whole Rakah in Salah and other similar obligatory acts/procedures of Salah, in such a case he/she has to correct the mistake first and then offer Sajdah Sahw in the end.
For example, take the case of one who has completed praying Zuhr then questions after finishing the prayer, "Did I really pray four raka’aat or only three?" Such doubt should be disregarded completely unless it is substantiated by clear and certain indications; otherwise, it opens the door to waswasah (the whispering of Satan) and unwarranted extraneous additions to the prayer.
If the worshipper after saying Salaam remembers that he/she has indeed offered only 3 Rakahs for Zuhr and he/she has missed one Rakah, in such a case he/she must get up at the same time and must offer the remaining one Rakah as it is normally offered. Sajdah Sahw has to be then performed at the end of this Rakah.
If a person doubts during Salah that whether he/she has offered 3 or 4 Rakahs, in such a case the worshipper has to go with the feeling for what he/she feels more likely is the number of Rakahs he/she has performed until now.
One can discern that one of the two possibilities about which one is in doubt is more likely or more certain by virtue of one’s prevalent feeling or most likely inclination: In this case, one should act according to his best assumption and perform the prostration of forgetfulness after saying salaam.
Please read the Hadith in this link to know what’s the proper way to do Sajdah Sahw.
http://www.islamqa.com/en/ref/211
In the other case, let us consider an example. If anyone who while praying the Zuhr prayer is completely uncertain whether he has completed three or four raka’aat and cannot determine which is more true. Thus, he would assume the lesser of the two, i.e. three, and complete another raka’ah then sit for the tashahhud, then prostrate two prostrations before saying "salaam." In this case, one should assume the least of the two and continue based on this assumption, then perform the two prostrations of doubt after tasleem (i.e. Salaam)
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "If any of you doubts during his prayer and he does not know how many [raka’aat] he has prayed, whether it is three or four, then he should discard and cast away his doubt. He is to continue upon what one is sure of [i.e. the lesser] then perform two prostrations before making tasleem. If he ends up [in reality] praying five [raka’aat], then his prayer will be an intercession for him; and if he ends up completely the [requisite] four [raka’aat] then it is targheeman for shaytaan." (targheeman: i.e., a way of vexing Satan and humiliating and debasing him, as well as rejecting him as a result of his failure to achieve his desire of disturbing the worshipper.)
